Returns / Exchange Policy
You are entitled to REFUND if goods purchased...
- Are defective or faulty, or
- Are significantly different to the description or sample we provided, or
- Do not do what they are supposed to do
Provided that you stopped using the goods and returned them within a reasonable time and you can show us proof of purchase. Some manufactures may deem to see the product
In all other cases, Gasweld will happily EXCHANGE your purchase if...
- The product is returned with in 14 days of purchase
- The product has not been used
- The product and packaging is in original condition
- You provided original invoice / Receipt
- In Some cases we will offer a Gift Voucher to the Value of
- Please Note – This excludes any Specially ordered items , that are not normally stocked by one of our stores
